Exchange & Returns

Flat Rate Returns

We will provide a prepaid return label included in your package. If you wish to make a return you just need to call the carrier from the label provided and schedule a return, or drop off the package at a pick up location nearest to you.

After the return is processed, there will be a flat 25 EUR rate shipping and restocking fee deducted from your refund.

Please allow 5-7 business days after receipt of goods for your refund to process.

Items with visible signs of wear and damage, as well as items missing their original labels and/or packaging will not be qualified for a return. You will personally be contacted by our team in such cases.

Exchanges

In case a size does not fit you, please give us a feedback. We will gladly exchange it and ship the replacement item Free of Charge.

The original item which does not fit will be processed as a return and restocking fees will be waived.
