These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products through the VERZI website (the “Site”), operated by FTZ International (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.


1. SCOPE AND APPLICATION

These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Site, including purchases made by customers located in:

  • the European Union;
  • the United Kingdom;
  • the United States;
  • other international markets.

These Terms operate in conjunction with our:

  • Terms of Service
  • Shipping Policy
  • Returns & Exchanges Policy
  • Privacy Policy

In the event of inconsistency, the provisions of these Terms of Sale shall prevail in matters relating specifically to the purchase of goods.


2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
  • you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or acting with appropriate authorization;
  • all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where these conditions are not met.


3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information, and details are accurate.

However:

  • colors may vary depending on device display;
  • minor variations in materials or finish may occur;
  • product availability is subject to change without notice.

All products are offered subject to availability.





4. PRICING

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency based on your region.

Depending on your location:

  • prices may include applicable taxes (e.g., EU, Bulgaria);
  • duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply (e.g., United States and other international destinations).

Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to order confirmation.


5. ORDER PROCESS

An order is considered placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email.

However:

  • order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order;
  • we reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.

A contract of sale is formed only when the order has been:

  • accepted;
  • dispatched by us.

Orders may be refused or canceled in cases including, but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
  • payment issues;
  • product unavailability;
  • errors in pricing or product information.


6. PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • the payment information provided is valid and accurate.

Transactions are subject to:

  • verification;
  • approval.

We may place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method prior to final charge.


7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • processing times may apply before shipment;
  • delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed;
  • shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

Risk transfers in accordance with our Shipping Policy.




8. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Ownership of products transfers to the customer only after:

  • full payment has been received;
  • delivery has been completed.


9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • returns are subject to a 14-day window;
  • return shipping costs are deducted from refunds;
  • items must meet return conditions;
  • exchanges are subject to availability.


10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/UK CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from delivery.

This right:

  • applies only to eligible products;
  • may not apply to certain categories such as final sale items;
  • must be exercised within the applicable legal timeframe.

This right operates independently of, and in addition to, our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the applicable period.


11. PRE-ORDERS

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • items are not immediately available;
  • delivery timelines are estimates;
  • delays may occur due to production or logistics.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment.


12. GIFT CARDS

Where offered, gift cards:

  • are non-refundable;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law);
  • must be used within the specified validity period.

We are not responsible for lost or unauthorized use.


13. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled only before they are:

  • processed;
  • shipped.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the returns process.


14. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERZI shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • delays beyond our control;
  • losses arising from misuse of products.

Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.


15. CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD

We reserve the right to:

  • investigate any chargeback or payment dispute;
  • provide evidence to payment providers;
  • suspend or restrict accounts associated with fraudulent activity.


16. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • transportation disruptions;
  • strikes;
  • governmental actions;
  • supply chain disruptions.


17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence apply.

Where required, such mandatory laws shall take precedence.


18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site.
